Special Financing

Revel Jewelry would like to offer our customers the options of breaking their purchase into three more manageable payments. The special financing system works in this manner:

1. 1st payment- 50% of the purchase total, plus shipping & taxes.
2. 2nd payment- 25% of initial total (50% of remaining balance).
3. 3rd & final payment- 25% of initial total (100% of the remaining balance).

Our payment program is available to customers who are using a major credit card to make their purchase (American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard). Customers who wish to partake of the special financing system may do so through an option available during checkout. If special financing is approved, the first billing on your credit card (50% of the price of purchased item) will appear during the time that the item has been shipped. The 2nd payment will be due on the same day of the following month. The same applies to the 3rd and final payment.

Approval of Special Financing

Revel Jewelry reserves the right to perform credit checks prior to the approval of special financing to individual customers. Please be informed that Revel Jewelry may contact you for more information if the need arises. After approval, a schedule for payments can be provided by the company upon request. Revel Jewelry’s payment program may be used for items whose price ranges from $250 to more than $10,000.

All items acquired by customers through our signature payment program remain the exclusive property of Revel Jewelry until all financial obligations are met. In the event of non-compliance to the terms of the agreement or in instances of fraud, Revel Jewelry also reserves the right to reclaim the item without prior notice or without the prior consent of the customer.

Shipping Policy

Revel Jewelry ships all items via Federal Express, the United States Postal Service and Canada Posts. Our company offers free shipping for all purchases amounting to $450 or more in the continental United States. The free shipping is available to residents of the continental United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. For our valued customers from Hawaii and Alaska, we offer an expedient 2nd day delivery.

Deliveries in Canada

For our valued customers living in Canada, Revel Jewelry offers the following expedient shipping methods. Please note that all deliveries to Canada require a $9.95 handling fee, which will automatically be added to the price of the delivery option selected.

1. Priority Courier > $39.95 (for shipping) + $9.95 (handling fee) = $49.95 -Items will be delivered within 2-4 working days

2. Expedited Parcel > $10.95 (for shipping) + $9.95 (handling fee) = $20.90 -Items will be delivered within 7-14 working days

3. Express Post Parcel > $14.95 (for shipping) + $9.95 (handling fee) = $24.90 -Items will be delivered within 3-7 working days

Please allow 2 days processing time for all items bound for shipping to Canada. The items will be shipped 2 days after payment has been made online. For customized rings and accessories, please be advised that the shipping time may vary due to actual customization, the sizing of the accessories and other requirements of the personal customization.

National Deliveries

All orders from the United States are processed immediately and are shipped within 1 to 2 days of purchase, unless item is produced as ordered and stated so on product detail page. Below is a list of delivery options for customers within the United States.

1. Federal Express Standard Overnight- $21.95- Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days 2. Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska- $10.95- Items will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days 3. Federal Express 2-Day Delivery- $10.95- Items will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days 4. United States Postal Service- Free delivery for orders of $450 or more- Items will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days

Deliveries of Individual Diamonds & Designer Jewelry in the US

Designer jewelry and loose diamonds are shipped differently from other items sold through this website. For items whose price is between $500 to $1,000, all deliveries will be made through Federal Express Saver. For items whose price is between $1,000 and $3,000, delivery will be made through Federal Express 2-Day Delivery. For items whose price is $3,000 and above, Federal Express Overnight Delivery shall be utilized. With the exception of Federal Express Express Saver, all deliveries shall require Direct Signature.

Revel Jewelry Delivers Worldwide

Revel Jewelry charges a fixed shipping & handling and insurance fee of $50 for all items delivered to other countries. In the situation that additional delivery charges are required, we will contact you immediately. All orders from the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Australia will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days.

Payment & Shipping Policy for International Orders

International orders are to be placed through the following steps:

All international customers of Revel Jewelry are required to settle any customs, duties and taxes that may arise from the shipment and subsequent delivery of items purchased from the website. Please contact the customs bureau or equivalent in your country for further guidance regarding this matter.

Revel Jewelry respects international agreements regarding the distribution of diamonds and precious metals. We regret to inform you that we will not deliver goods to the following countries:

• Pakistan
• Indonesia
• India
• Nigeria
• Brazil

Please be informed also that due to international restrictions, we may be unable to deliver certain items to specific countries in certain times. Please email us for any clarifications regarding this matter.

Policies on Purchasing & Shipping

Please be informed that customers who choose the special financing system should provide an identical billing address and shipping address. Customers who provide disparate addresses may not be approved immediately for special financing by the company. It should also be noted that custom rings and individual diamonds are shipped and handled separately from other items available through the Revel Jewelry website.

As stated earlier in our shipping & policy page, items that are of high value may require the actual signature of the valid recipient. This is necessary to protect the security of the items that you have purchased from the company.

Upon shipping of purchased items, all customers will be informed through electronic communication (email) of the specifics of the shipment. Customers will also be provided an electronic tracking number for their orders. You can use this electronic tracking number to monitor the shipment of your items in real time. We regret to inform our valued customers that Revel Jewelry cannot deliver purchased items to PO boxes (post office boxes).

If your order should come to any delay, you will immediately be contacted by our staff regarding the circumstances of the delay and a potential resolution for the problem. No billing shall be made before the shipping of items purchased. This is to ensure that in the event that we cannot ship the items that you have selected, that you can cancel your order/s without having to require a refund from the company.

In the event that you wish to cancel your orders from Revel Jewelry, please be informed that actual cancellation is not possible when the items have already been shipped. In the event that you are still unhappy with the items that you received, you may simply return the item/s to us and get a refund.

Revel Jewelry wishes to protect both company interests and the interests of loyal customers. Any suspicious/fraudulent activity will become grounds for cancellation of any order. Fraudulent activity will immediately be reported to the proper authorities.

Returns & Refunds

In the event that you are unhappy with the items that you have purchased, you may return the items to Revel Jewelry within 30 days of purchasing it. You may ask for a complete refund or for a replacement of the item with another item. Please be reminded that all items that have been modified by other jewelers in any way will not be valid for refund or replacement. If the jewelry becomes defectives within 3 months (90 days) after a complete purchase, please return the item/s and we will have an expert jeweler examine the piece/s and determine the next best step. If repair is not possible, Revel Jewelry will gladly offer a fresh replacement for the defective merchandise.

In the event that a fresh replacement for the item is not available, Revel Jewelry can issue a full refund for the item. If purchased jewelry has been rendered tarnished or defective by other jewelers, the repair will not be free of charge. Inversely, items that have not been modified in any way prior to the defective state and are returned within the 90 day warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost to the customer. If you return any items for repairing beyond the 90 day warranty period, you will be given an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the item. If the estimate is reasonable to you and you accept, you will immediately be charged with the amount and the repair of the defective items will be underway. In the situation that you no longer wish for us to repair an item, the item/s will be returned to you at no additional cost.

Instructions for Return/Exchange

Please contact us and ask for a return authorization and label for returns. The label will be forwarded to you electronically, via email. Enclose the items to be returned plus any forms that you might have and mail it to us via United States Post Office. For our Canadian customers, please follow all the instructions stated earlier and have Canada Post mail us the package.

All refunds will be made to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 days for the first crediting of any refund. This will give our specialists enough time to evaluate and document any returned merchandise. We do not refund to other credit cards, apart from the one that you used during the purchase. Shipping & handling costs are also non-refundable. If you have any unpaid balances, the refund will be applied to those balances first.
